File is a compressed zip folder containing a DPX and DRX file. 
 
To install, just right click in your stills or power grade album, and select "import", and choose the file. The node tree should pop right up. 
 
If you import the node tree into your stills album, it will only be available in that project. If you import it into a powergrade album, it will be available in all of your projects. If you don't have any power grade albums available, right click near the stills album and select add powergrade album.
